Nightlife

Nightlife in Cardiff
Whatever it is that you’re seeking, it’ll be located in either the city centre or at Cardiff Bay. The city’s 'Cafe Quarter' is found at the somewhat Bohemian Mill Lane, where you’ll find a good choice of bars and eateries. Gay venues are mostly found along Charles Street and on the centre’s southern fringes.
The busiest nights in the city are Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with the large student population contributing to the lively atmosphere. There are a number of bars and clubs in the centre that are doing their best to make the rest of the week a bit livelier, offering cheaper drinks, later opening hours and all sorts of live entertainment.
