Introduction to Brecon, Wales
The market town of Brecon is one of Wales' most popular. It wows visitors with its fabulous scenery, mountain views and peaceful setting. Accommodation is very easy to come by and can cater for all types of budget. The lively Brecon Jazz Festival in the summer is very popular with all ages and due to the not too distant cities of Cardiff and Swansea, Brecon is perfectly situated for a night out. Hotels in Brecon are generally congregated where the major roads of the A470 and the A40 meet, meaning transport links to other parts of the Brecon Beacons such as Craig Y Nos Castle or the River Usk are easy. The 11th century Brecon Cathedral draws a whole host of visitors, mainly due to its incredible architecture and long history. Always be sure to book a place to stay here in advance to ensure availability.other spellings: breonhotels, bleon otel, brecon hotell, brecom hote, brecno hotes, breocn
