This resort is set on a private tropical island, formerly the home of the British High Commissioner prior to Independence in 1970. A relaxed Vanuatu resort.
Tastefully decorated individual island Fares (bungalows), set in a lush tropical garden. All Fares were upgraded in 2004 and feature polished timber floors and new bathrooms. Each Fare features: private bathrooms, shady balcony, air-conditioning & ceiling fans, Australian and international TV (incl. 2 in house movie channels), bar fridge, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and IDD phone. No kids under 12 years of age are allowed in this room category. Each room contains either a queen size bed or a king size bed, ideal for couples.
Michener's Restaurant with a-la-carte dining with sweeping water views, specialising in local cuisine and seafood. Bali Hai cafe serves cafe style food and Tanna coffee, open daily till 11pm.
Lobby:
A unique Melanesian style lobby with exceptional use made of local timbers. The Lobby opens to Micheners Restaurant and the Bali Hai Bar/Cafe.
