Introduction to Memphis, Tennessee
The city of Memphis in Tennessee has so much to offer the visitor; you need at least a week to see all the main attractions. For visitors to the city, there is a great range of hotels in Memphis to choose from to suit all budgets. For most people, the main reason they come to the district to visit Graceland, the former home of Elvis Presley. Other popular attractions in the area that are easily accessible from the properties include the Memphis Rock 'n' Soul Museum, Sun Studio and the BB King Museum. Another bizarre but popular attraction is the Peabody Duck March which takes place at the Peabody, one of the most famous establishments. The five resident ducks march across the housing roof to the lobby fountain to the music of the 'Kings Cotton March' everyday at 11:00 and 17:00. Get there early, it is very popular.
