The suite tower consists of 417 studios, one-bedroom, premier one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Each fully furnished unit equipped with the latest electronic technology and kitchen appliances, such as LCD television and washing machine with dryer. The rooms have a deluxe feel with warm colors and amazing panoramic views of the city skyline.

Within the Suite Tower, the main restaurant which is an all-day dining concept is located on the 46th floor and so gives great views over the city. There is a small coffee shop located on the mezzanine level. The Hotel Tower (due to open in the First Quarter 2009) will have 6 food & beverage outlets.

Designed with boutique-style hospitality in mind, the rotating glass entrance of the Suites Tower opens into a high-ceiling lobby featuring marbled floor and intricate hand-assembled wooden wall panels. The over-sized sofas and armchairs on either side of the lobby gives a welcome respite to waiting guests, where traditional arabic coffee is served as a welcome drink.
