The old town of Le Suquet sits on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean. The remains of the 12th century priory, the Chapelle Ste-Anne, are found on this hill. In the former Castle of Cannes, you’ll find the Musee de la Castre. The castle was originally built to protect the harbour and coastline against invasion.
