The place serves as a folk museum housing an array of objects used by villagers in the past including utensils, earthenware, ceramics, tools, hunting weapons, equipments used in coconut planting and music instruments.
On the left side of the highway is a narrow dirt road that leads to Wat Sumret, another place packed with historic buildings. This lovely forest monastery boasts many old charming teakwood buildings.
