Introduction to Phuket - Pansea Beach
Should visitors stay at one of the resorts on Phuket Pansea Beach, they will be fortunate enough to have access to their own private beach, not to mention it being one of the most scenic on the island! Although an uncommon practice throughout Thailand, the upscale resorts here reserve the right to prohibit visitors who are not staying at their establishments to swim here, although in the low season, this policy is relaxed somewhat. As a result, the beach has an upscale atmosphere. Activities such as jet-skiing are popular. Close by there is one of the better golf courses on the island, known as Banyan Tree Golf Course, while those interested in culture should visit Cherngtalay Temple to get a better appreciation of Buddhism. There are only two Pansea Beach hotels and both are among the most expensive hotels on Phuket.
