This single terminal airport serves up to 10 million passengers every year with Air France, American Airlines, British Airways, easyJet, Lufthansa, Qantas, Singapore Airlines, SWISS and Thai Airways among the many carries that offer routes to and from Geneva.
The airport is both modern and clean with good facilities for passengers. There are a number of cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as a good range of shops including the usual duty-free shops, newsagents and shops selling designer goods and electrical items.

Transportation: the airport has good transport connections both to the city itself and further a field within Switzerland and Europe. The most straightforward and economical way to get to the city centre is to go by train from the airport’s railway station.
There are regular services throughout the day going direct to Cornavin Station in the city centre, as well as some trains to other destinations in Switzerland and Italy.
There are of course plenty of taxis available, but this is certainly not a budget mode of transport here. If you’re driving yourself, take the A40 motorway from the airport.
Parking: with a capacity for over 4,500 cars in the long-term and short-term car parks, parking here is a straightforward and hassle free experience. Of the two short-term car parks, P2 is for those meeting people and time is limited to one hour, P3 is for departures and both are located opposite the terminal building.
