Getting There

By air: EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg is unique in that it is the only bi-national airport in the world. It is actually located in France, although it is only 4kms from Basel. Taxis and an airport bus are available for the short connection to the city. There is a wide choice of flights to places such as London, Liverpool, Berlin, Barcelona, Alicante, Nice, and Rome.

By rail: Switzerland's efficient rail network connects to most cities in the county. There are high speed services operating to Germany, Holland, France and Luxembourg.

By bus: long distance bus services are available from Eurolines and connect Switzerland with many destinations in Europe. There is also a good national bus network that operates to most towns and cities.
