Included for all tourists in the price of all hotels is a free transportation card, which is valid for the entire length of stay for all guests booked in the hotel. The card is valid on trains, buses, trams and the local lake water taxi 'Les Mouettes'.

The rooms, which are medium-sized, have been fully refurbished in a modern style and walls have been painted in a white colour. They are comfortably furnished with modern wooden furniture. Bathrooms are rather small but are in perfect condition.

The restaurant serves breakfast only and is located on the ground floor next to the lobby and the bar.

The lobby is medium-sized and decorated in modern style with marble. It includes a seating area and the staircase leading up to the 1st floor.

The exterior of the building is modern and fits well with the architecture of the other buildings in the street.
