By air: Malmo Sturup Airport is 20 miles southeast of Malmo and has direct flights to several European cities including London, Stockholm and Amsterdam. Taxis and an airport bus are available for the connection to the city centre. Malmo is also close to Copenhagen airport where there are many more routes available. By car: from Stockholm (380 miles), take the E4, followed by the E6 towards Helsingborgs and then the E20 to Malmo. From Gothenburg (170 miles), take the E6 and then the E20. By bus: long distance buses provide a cheap way of reaching Malmo from a number of European cities. There is a regular bus service connecting Malmo to Stockholm, taking approximately seven hours. Buses also link to Copenhagen Airport. | |
