A laundry room is also provided on the ground floor for all guests as is a relax room which can be pre-booked for your private use. Please note the reception is open between 07.00 and 18.00 Monday - Thursday, and 07.00-17.00 Friday. Check-in outside these hours and during weekends can be done via a video entry phone.

Each room is between 24 & 34 sqm which is equal to a superior or deluxe sized room in a hotel. They come furnished as a complete habitat with small kitchenette, comfortable bed, work desk, cable TV and ensuite bathroom. All are fully furnished in a manner that intends to make them as effective for living in, as they are for working in. All rooms are furnished with parquet floors, modern Scandinavian design and are centrally air-conditioned and heated.

The hotel's restaurant is called; RETRO. It provides a healthy start to the day with a delicious breakfast buffet, while its international kitchen serves excellent meals for both lunch and evening arrangements.

There is a medium sized lobby with information, seating, and tables.
