Introduction to Norrkoping, Sweden
Norrkoping is located in eastern Sweden situated at the entrance to the river Motala strom which flows into the Baltic Sea. A small river also flows through the city’s centre, and a nice walking street can be found alongside of it. Hotels in Norrkoping can be found throughout the city with some of them located right next to this river. Also notable in the city is its unique cactus plantation, Carl Johans Park. More than 25,000 cactuses get planted in the park every summer. Hotels in Norrkoping are widespread and can be found to suit most visitors needs. Norrkoping hotels vary in accommodation style and pricing, but are diverse and options should not be scarce. Outside of the city is the Kolmardens Djurpark, a nice zoo worth visiting while in town. 50kms off the coast is a small archipelago as well. There visitors can enjoy sunbathing and water sports.
