You will benefit from ranging styles of meditation including silent sitting, praying, chanting or breathing exercises. Spa treatment and massage: is famous in Sri Lanka. Ayurveda treatment is an ancient form of healing and includes de-stressing and toning massages as well as herbal baths which tourists usually enjoy as a part of their relaxing vacation.
