Majorca Travel Guide

Weather

Weather in Majorca
The weather can be too hot at this time for some people, especially if you plan to do a lot of sightseeing, so the weather in April and May or September and October might be much more suitable, with pleasant sunny days and temperatures nearer to the low 20s. This is also a popular time of year for people who want to avoid the crowds in the summer, when many young people soak up the rays on the beach.
Later in the year, between September and November sees the rainiest period on the island and if you plan to visit at this time it’s a good idea to pack some waterproof clothes; 40 per cent of the island’s annual rainfall falls during this period. Majorca (Mallorca) is also a popular winter destination with pleasant mild conditions and average temperatures of around 15°C.
