Introduction to Tenerife - Guia de Isora
Guia de Isora is located on the western side of the island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands. The town is about 25kms from the airport and is conveniently placed just off the coastal T-47 highway. This is an area for enjoying the great golfing opportunities of the island as well as the natural features which abound throughout Tenerife. The area is well known for vegetable production, with tomatoes and peppers high on the list of products. For the visiting tourist, there are plenty of choices when it comes to hotels in Guia de Isora. Some are attached to golfing facilities and some are located in nearby sea resorts where guests can relax by the pool. There is also simple guest houses in the centre of town so it is a good choice for travellers on all budgets.
