Parador de Siguenza Hotel - Guadalajara

The Castle of Siguienza dominates rge town from the highest part, presiding over its historical and artistic heritage.

The rooms are intimate and cosy. The ones on the first floor are decorated in blue with medieval furniture and the rooms on the second floor are decorated in red.

Situated in a splendid vaulted room and decorated in the most medieval style, it provides local and regional cuisine, such as roast kid, cod with mushrooms and cheese or meat conserve.
