Opened in 1985 and completely renovated in 2004, this hotel complex offers a total of 216 apartments on 6 floors, of which 109 are one bedroom, 71 are two bedroom apartments. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, safe, Internet access and a currency exchange. Additional facilities include, a supermarket, a newspaper stand, a café, a bar, a conference room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for children.
