Guests should call for information about collecting keys to the apartments. The reception is not open 24 hours. Check-in is at 5 pm and check-out at 10 am. A refundable deposit must be paid on arrival. Pets are allowed (up to 10 kg) for an extra charge to be paid on site. The cleaning service is included (not including the kitchen and private utensils) and bed linens and towels are changed every 7 days.
