Located in Spain's Sierra Morena region of Jaen lays the picturesque village of Banos de la Encina and its authentic small-town atmosphere. This destination is most famous for its 10th century Burgalimar Castle (Castillo de Burgalimar), which attracts thousands of tourists each year. Also worth seeing is the Ermita de la Virgen de la Encina, a shrine that is situated between olive groves of which the entire Jaen region is famous for.
