Introduction to Huelva - Matalascanas
In the pretty Spanish province of Huelva, in the south of the country, is the beachside resort town of Huelva Matalascanas. It lies around 30 miles to the southeast of Huelva city and is on the western edge of the beautiful Donana National Park, where you can see local wildlife and the unspoilt natural scenery of the area. The town is only small, but there are plenty of Huelva hotels here due to the popularity of Spanish beaches among European holidaymakers. It is a relatively quiet area and the main draw is the calm, relaxed atmosphere, the sunny weather and the sandy beaches where children can play and adults can sunbathe or take part in water sports.
