Fuerteventura, an island of Spain, is one of the most popular and most famous of the Spanish tourist resorts. It is visited by thousands, if not millions, of European tourists every year and its popularity is largely down to the great nightlife and lovely beaches with their plentiful water sports. The hotels in Fuerteventura overlook the stretches of sand and the Atlantic Ocean, and are in close proximity to all tourist facilities. Though there are many different areas and towns on the island, some being less tourist focused than others, most of the Fuerteventura hotels are all along the same line. The hotels are generally large, with many rooms and many facilities, or are resorts, with small bungalows to stay in on the compound. After a bit of a search, you will find some holiday apartments, or maybe a B&B or guesthouse, though these Fuerteventura hotels are harder to find and to book.
