The air-conditioned hotel was built in 1964 and completely renovated in 2006. The hotel has an unusual architectural style and comprises a total of 260 rooms with 17 floors. Amongst the famous hotel's facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange and lifts. Additional facilities include various lounges, including a reading room, a TV room and a games room. Furthermore, there is a hairdresser's, a boutique, 3 bars (Lobby bar, Snack bar and Piano bar).
