The Alixares Hotel, Granada is at the base of the Red Hill, the Islamic historical complex of the Alhambra Palace is a few hundred metres from the hotel. It is only 5 minutes walk to the Alhambra bus stop, giving access to many parts of Granada. The Alixares Hotel has well appointed rooms and fairly limited facilities but does have a reasonable size pool for rest.
