If you are a Canadian citizen, you are allowed to stay for up to six months, while nationals of the USA may stay up to 30 days.
If you are a citizen from a country which does require a visa, you are advised to contact your nearest South Korean embassy for information and if you are travelling on business, you must clearly state the purpose of your business. Business visas can be extended on application at the immigration centre.
