Eating and drinking: Koreans enjoy their food and it is not difficult to find restaurants that serve tasty dishes. Because of the cosmopolitan nature of the city, a wide range of cuisine is available including Korean, Chinese, Western, Japanese and other Asian flavours. The only trouble you might have is determining what to choose.
Shopping: there are several shopping options available in Seoul including modern malls, markets smaller boutiques. Namdaemum Market is one of the largest markets in the city and has a wide range of goods at cheap prices. Shopping here completely contrasts with shopping at Myung-dong street, where you will find stylish boutiques and shops. Prada, Mok and many other designer labels can be found here.
Sauna and spas: most of the saunas in the city are open 24 hours with many having facilities just for the men. Spas are mostly found in luxury hotels and offer a wide range of body and beauty therapies including massages, body wraps, Yin Yang therapy, Ayuverdic treatments and many other healing and calming services.
