Hillim Park: is a large botanical garden consisting of 16 other gardens including a lovely tropical garden, a garden of Washington palms and a garden of foliage plants. There are two caves to explore, the Hyopje Cave and the Double Dragon Cave. The latter got its name from the legend that it was dug by dragons. Bring your camera with you as there will be a lot of photo opportunities. Yakcheon-sa: unlike other temples in the city, this temple hasn’t been renovated and still remains a very striking sight for those who visit. Sulloc Cha Museum O'Sulloc: also known as Green Tea Museum, is an exhibition hall for a wide variety of teas and the tea-drinking culture. Unbelievably famous in Asia, green tea plays an important role in almost everything from drinks, snacks, and shampoo to cosmetics. Here you can find the chronology of Korea's tea culture, the production process, various uses of tea and its many types and species. The museum itself is very modern with many glass windows and is, located among the plantations of green tea. In a souvenir shop, you can find green tea ice-cream and many green tea products. |
