Hillim Park: is a large botanical garden consisting of 16 other gardens including a lovely tropical garden, a garden of Washington palms and a garden of foliage plants. There are two caves to explore, the Hyopje Cave and the Double Dragon Cave. The latter got its name from the legend that it was dug by dragons. Bring your camera with you as there will be a lot of photo opportunities.
Yakcheon-sa: unlike other temples in the city, this temple hasn’t been renovated and still remains a very striking sight for those who visit. The temple complex is gigantic and offers stunning views of the ocean. Two towers in front of the complex feature a giant drum and a giant bell. Inside the complex, you can find many pools and gardens. The water from the spring is believed to be very beneficial for health. There are several brightly coloured paintings on the building that show the meticulous skills of the artists.
