Introduction to Pyeongchang, South Korea
The city of Pyeongchang is a settlement within the province of Gangwon, in the northeastern region of South Korea. It is a popular destination among domestic and international travellers, largely due to the surrounding mountain areas which host the city's most appealing attractions - the ski fields. Pyeongchang hotels are mostly found in the city centre and in the mountainous outskirts of the city. One of the city's most exciting landmarks is Odae-san Mountain, which is home to a number of thrilling ski fields.
