Introduction to Asan, South Korea
The city of Asan in Korea’s South Chungcheong Province borders the capital city’s northern area. With a population of 250,000, Asan City is popularized for its spas and natural hot springs. Staying in Asan hotels is an excellent option for visitors planning a Korean style spa getaway from the city. A mere 30 minute high speed train ride from Seoul, taking a few days to unwind in natural splendour is convenient and accessible. Some high end Asan hotels offer special spa centres and even house their own hot springs. However, it is recommended to plan a tour of the many different hot spring and spas situated around the city as many differ in type and service. Hotels in Asan can make recommendations as to which hot springs and spas to indulge in depending on your personal taste. The top three complexes are Asan, Dogo, and Onyang hot springs, so be sure to include them on your itinerary of relaxation.other spellings: asanhotels, assan otel, asan hotell, assan hote, assan hotle
