It is located in a nine hectare estate comprising of beautifully maintained ponds & vineyards with views of the surrounding Helderberg mountain and False bay. An excellent hotel perfect for guests wishing to have a relaxing and tranquil stay. There is a very good spa with a variety of treatments available to guests. There are two outdoor swimming pools and a spa.

These excellent en-suite rooms all have telephone, satellite TV, radio, safe, hair dryer, air-con, heating and mini-bar. There are two restaurants both located on the ground floor. La vigna which serves tuscan int'l cuisine & the Garden Terrace serving buffet and a la carte menu. The Breakfast room offers an excellent buffet serving hot and cold foods. The room spills out on to a pleasant terrace area where guests can also eat.

The large open plan lobby has high ceilings and separate reception & concierge desks. The lobby leads directly into a lounge area with a large fireplace and is overlooked by a rooftop ceiling giving the whole room a bright atmosphere.

A very attractive building built in the style of classic Dutch Cape architecture. Painted white and just two storeys tall the hotel is spread out over many hectares of well kept land.
