It is open plan with stone tiled flooring & as in many deluxe modern hotels in South Africa is looked down upon by all the floors so guests can see from the top to ground floor giving it a light, bright & airy feel. It also incorporates a large conservatory area where guests can sit relax, have a drink or a light snack. This is served by a tea/ coffee bar. There are discreet reception & concierge desks either side of the hotel entrance both of which are furnished in dark wood with black marble.
