The hotel overlooks the beautiful first green of Mowbray Golf Course and is close to many more of Cape Town's best courses. The hotel also has a small gym, outdoor swimming pool with sun-beds and chairs. Meeting rooms and fax and photocopying facilities are also available at the hotel. Parking is free.
All of the rooms are of a good standard and are fully carpeted with comfortable beds and are softly lit to give a cosy feel. Each room has a writing desk and chair as well as satelite TV, tea/coffee making facilities, ice jug and digital safe. The en-suite bathrooms all have seperate bath and shower.
The breakfast area is a bright open plan space. An excellent choice of breakfasts is on offer every morning in a buffet style. There is a famous South African steak house restaurant next to the hotel which also offers room service from 10am to 11pm.

With large windows in front, the reception is bright and open plan overlooking the lounge and breakfast areas. The wooden reception desk is next to the internet facilities.

Typical of the Citylodge brand the hotel is a modern brown brick building just 3 storeys high.
