The main restaurant and bar is on the 1st floor and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also indoor and outdoor seating on the ground floor where guests can order drinks and food. The restaurant has a warm feel with its wooden floor, chairs and 70's light features.

The hotel has a bright lobby of medium size with wooden flooring and a comfortable seating area for guests. Large windows look out to the hotel's open air terrace.
Exterior:
The hotel is a 9 storey brick and concrete building attached to the Arcadia shopping complex. Its design is typical of buildings built in Pretoria in the mid 70's.
