Terminal 1 serves most of the long-haul flights from destinations as far away as Africa and North America, while the newer state-of-the-art Terminal 2 is reserved for Singapore Airlines, several regional services, Air France and Lufthansa. A sky train and free transit system connect the two terminals in a matter of minutes.
Within Terminal 1, there is a sprawling overlay area with more than 100 fantastic duty free shops offering some of the cheapest electronic goods in the world. Also found here are numerous comfy lounges and coffee shops, restaurants, fast-food counters and discreet bars.
Business centres are situated in the transit hotels on level 3 of each terminal (open from 07:00 to 23:00). Services include; fully-equipped workstations, photocopying, wireless internet and fax machines. Meeting rooms are available and secretarial services if requested.
ATMs are found throughout Changi Airport as well as exchange bureaux, both pre and post security. There is also a left luggage facility in both terminals, an on-site prayer room, post office and drug dispensary.

Transportation: a good quality highway whisks visitors into the city without delay, transferring passengers from the airport by shuttle bus. There is a station in the basement of both terminals, leaving every 15 minute between 06:00 and midnight, with a typical journey time of 30 minutes. Payment can be made on the bus with Singaporean coins.
Recently, the Mass Rapid Transport system (MRT) extended its line to the airport, allowing passengers direct access to this efficient system that serves many stations in the CBD and runs around the perimeter of the island.
Parking: open-air parking is available in Car Park A, which can accommodate approximately 900 cars and is located next to Terminal 1; this car park is recommended for short stays. Car parks B and C are multi-storey facilities that offer long and short-term options for 2,600 cars and are located next to Terminal 2.
