Edinburgh, the Scottish capital, is listed as a World Heritage Site and it’s easy to see why. The city boasts stunning Georgian and Victorian buildings and winding, medieval streets, as well as a skyline dominated by the enormous Edinburgh Castle, perched atop an extinct volcano.
