Introduction to Inverness - Bunchrew
Located in the beautiful highlands of Scotland, the village of Bunchrew is less than 10kms from the centre of Inverness, with many of the locals commuting to this nearby city for work. Like many small villages in the area, Bunchrew has a school and a local store, while the rest of the community is mainly made up of housing areas. Bunchrew hotels and a caravan park can be found just a kilometre or so away, overlooking the Beauly Firth. The A862 passes just north of the village, heading east to Inverness and west to other small towns and villages. The main draw of the area is the beautiful scenery around the Beauly Firth. There are some splendid views as well as nice walking trails. There is also a couple of nearby golf courses, with the closest one being just three kilometres from the village. The nearest restaurants and shops are just a short drive away in Inverness.other spellings: bunchrewhotels, bunchraw otel, banchrew hotell, bancrew hote, bunchrew hotes
