When booking please note that Twin rooms consitute a room in the appartment, not the whole appartment and if four people are planning to stay in one appartment then a Quad booking should be made.

These apartments are huge. All have 2 seperate bedrooms on with an ensuite shower rooms and another seperate bathroom with overhead shower. The apartments also have a luxury kitchen / living rooms complete with modern amenities and dining table with chairs. Hotels have plasma screens. The decor is contemporary and stylish with attractive locally commissioned artwork adorning the pine furnishings and blue colourscheme. All have fully equipped living areas, dining rooms and kitchens which are luxurious, comfortable and tasteful.

There is no restaurant at this property and breakfast trays are provided in the room on arrival in the private kitchen areas of each apartment. Due to the superb location, the hotel has a variety of eateries within a stylish plaza directly outside the building, alternatively a 10 minute stroll will take guests to the Royal Mile and Princes Street where they can find numerous restaurants.

The entrance is modern and tasteful, with small seating area. Entrance is controlled by key card entry, ensuring the apartments are secure at all times.

Set across 7 floors the modern built apartment block is white wasked and has a private, secure car park.
