This is a pleasant family-run hotel with easy access to the city centre, offering very good value for the money.

All rooms are decorated in pleasant soft yellow and Scottish tartan blue colours. The rooms are in good condition, as are the bathrooms.

The bar area also serves as the breakfast room. This whole area has recently been refurbished to a high standard.

The entrance is small, and yet welcoming and traditional in design.

The Haymarket Hotel is spread over two complete “B” listed Victorian townhouses built in the 1880s.
