IMPORTANT: Offering stunning value, this accommodation is part of University Halls of Residence and offers shared facilities (bathrooms and kitchens); however, a private key is provided for each individual room within each flat. Each flat has between 6 and 12 rooms. This accommodation offers the best value for the money in Edinburgh.

Single and twin rooms are available; both are very comfortable and offer great value for the money. With shared bathroom facilities and a communal kitchen with sink, electric hob and fridge-freezer, rooms are spacious and quiet. The communal flats are warm and cosy, although simple and very basically furnished. Please note: rooms are part of University Halls of Residence, which are vacant over the summer period. No double or triple rooms are available.

There is no restaurant. Guests can use the kitchen facilities in each flat (shared between 6 or 12 rooms). Cutlery, crockery and utensils are provided, and there are supermarkets nearby to purchase food.

The lobby is small in size. The reception area is staffed 24 hours a day.
