Mighty Savai’i Island is the largest Samoan island and the biggest island in the Polynesian island group after Hawaii and New Zealand. It is also known as Salafai and around 40,000 people live here. There is one circular sealed road that rings the island and connects all the main settlements and most Samoa Savai’i Island hotels are located off this single main road.
