The medium sized rooms are decorated to a reasonable standard and use light colours and pastels. Woodwork is dark and all bathrooms are in good condition.
Restaurant facilities are situated on the ground floor. There are four restaurants, the principal one being a sumptuous winter garden decorated in whites and pales.

The medium sized lobby is bold and bright decorated in black and white marble tiles. There are small seating areas throughout.
Exterior:
The hotel has very traditional Russian baroque architecture in keeping with the style throughout the centre of the city.
