The Vale d'El Rei Suite and Village Resort is opulent holiday accommodation in Carvoeiro, set in a rural area near the village centre and the beach of Marinha. It is surrounded by stretches of the Atlantic coastline and beautiful vineyards, and it is a short drive from some of the Algarve's best golf courses and beaches. Guests can go on daytrips to Faro to explore Roman and Moorish ruins and the old town, and on boat excursions along the coastline to see unspoilt grottos and caves. There are 3 swimming pools and a tennis court on site. The resort has a playground for children and a day spa with Turkish baths and a sauna.
