The family friendly hotel offers a wide range of amenities for holidays. It comprises a total of 61 tourist apartments, and facilities on offer include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a currency exchange facility, two lifts, a snack bar, and a small supermarket (April - October). The complex also features four renowned restaurants, including the ""Caniço"" (April - October) directly beside the sea, built into the rocks and accessible via lift, and the first-class ""Búzio"" (April-October) restaurant, which offers breathtaking views over Lagos Bay. Also on offer is a TV lounge, an Internet connection (charges apply), a laundry service (charges apply), bike hire and parking for those arriving by car.

Check-in: from 4.00 pm. Check-out: by 10.00 am. Restaurant Caniço, restaurant Búzio, the Italian restaurant Miss Pasta, the poolside snack-bar, the supermarket, and lift to the beach are all closed during low season. A coffee machine and hairdryers are not available in the apartments. The safe and tennis courts are paid for directly at reception. Pets are not permitted.
