The rooms situated in the new wing have either garden view or garden and river view. They are large and very richly decorated in pastel shades with wooden floors and are in exceptional condition. The marble bathrooms are also in exceptional condition. The rooms in the Palace wing all have different themes such as Colonial, Indo-Portuguese and Baroque.
This is a medium-sized room, richly and tastefully decorated.The restaurant serves a fantastic choice of local and international dishes and top wine list.
Lobby:
The large lobby is actually situated on the fourth floor level of the hotel but at the front of the building it appears to be the ground floor. The decor is very regal with marble. Leading off the lobby are boutiques, a bar, meeting rooms and private dining room.
Exterior:
This hotel was previously a private family Palace. It is pink on the exterior and very colonial in style. All the beautuful gardens have cascading water and an outdoor pool.
