If there is a lower rate available for the same room, same dates and the same hotel, please contact us at info@directrooms.com within 72 hours of booking. Please ensure you advise us of the website details so we can investigate quickly.
We will either refund the difference, try to better the price or give you the option to cancel the reservations without any penalty. Our priority is to try and beat that price!
