Introduction to Szczecin, Poland
Szczecin is situated on the coast in Poland and has the largest seaport in Poland on the Baltic Sea. The city also borders Lake Dabie and the River Oder flows through splitting Szczecin in half. The area of Prawobrzeze translates as right bank and Lewobrzeze as left bank and, with the majority of attractions and the city centre being situated in the latter, Szczecin hotels here are ideal for tourists. There are also a number of hotels in Szczecin close to the port and that lies between these two regions. Most of the nightlife, pubs and restaurants are located in the old town (Stary Rynek).
