Palawan Travel Guide - Activities

Island hopping: is a favourite activity in Palawan since it is made up of several islands. Among the beautiful islets that tourists can visit are Lu-li Island, which is visible only during low tide seasons, Starfish Island, which is renowned for the numerous starfish swimming in its crystal clear waters, Snake Island, known for its stunning white sand and Senorita Island, which is where the lapu-lapu fish are bred.
Water sports: are incredibly common here. Swimming, scuba diving, snorkelling, canœeing, and sailing are some of the many activities tourists can engage in while touring the islands. Palawan is one of the favoured diving spots in the world because of its mangrove swamp dives, cave dives, wreck dives and drop-off dives.
Trekking: through Palawan’s mountains, valleys, and hills should also be included in every tourist’s itinerary. The El Nido cliffs and the hilly terrains of Nagtabon Beach are ideal spots for trekking.
The festivals: which are frequently held in Palawan will never fail to impress. The Baragatan sa Palawan is held in the third week of June and is full of street parties, colour, music and feasts.
