Weather patterns tend to be irregular though and slight to moderate rainfall during the dry season is not uncommon.
The best time to visit would be from November to February, when the winds are cooler and the weather is fairly dry. It is also in time for the holiday season. Christmas spirit sets in as early as September and lasts well into the New Year.
