The hotel provides 24 hours room service. This property is a little dated, but offers very good service in an excellent location.

The spacious rooms are well-appointed with a large working desk, international direct-dial telephone, colour television with satellite channels, radio, mini bar, individually controlled air-conditioning-system and hairdryer in the private bathroom. Sprinklers and smoke/heat detectors are fitted in every room. Non-smoking rooms are available upon request at check in.All rooms are in good condition.

The all-day dining room, overlooking the poolside lawns, hosts theme nights and serves international cuisine. The Italian a la carte restaurant offers Italian cuisine in a traditional cosy Italian setting. In addition, there is a bar which serves light meals and refreshments and a cafe which serves French delicacies and coffee specialities.

The reception is to the left of the large lobby. To the right, the lobby leads to the all-day dining room. The lobby is a little dated but extremely spacious.

This is a high-rise brown building with lots of glass. Behind the hotel are the Muscat Mountains and in front of it is the central business district.
